How we handle your data

Short and without the legal fog: what the enquiry form actually collects, why we need it and what you can do about it.

Version of 02.11.2026

Who processes the data

The data controller is Business Light LLC, company register number 36581806, 45 Vasylia Lypkivskoho Street (Solomianska Square), office 414, NEST business centre, Kyiv. The Commerce division is part of the same company; there is no separate legal entity here.

Address for personal-data requests: info@b-light.net.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form yourself, plus a technical page tag:

  • Namerequired, so we know what to call you
  • Phonerequired, as this is the main way we answer an enquiry
  • Companyoptional, helps us prepare for the conversation
  • Emailoptional, a fallback channel and the address the post-audit presentation goes to
  • Task descriptionoptional, whatever you choose to write
  • Enquiry pagea technical tag such as "en/napryamy/zed", showing which section you wrote from

We do not ask for or collect data about health, political views, criminal record or other special categories through this site, nor any payment details. The form deliberately has no fields for them.

Why

  • To contact you about the free audit request and arrange an introduction.
  • To prepare and send the presentation that follows the audit.
  • To correspond during the engagement, if one begins.

We do not use this data for mailing lists and we do not sell it to anyone.

On what basis

Your consent, given by ticking the consent box in the form. Consent can be withdrawn at any time - write to us and we will delete the data. This is provided for by the Ukrainian law on the protection of personal data.

Who else sees this data

Access is held by the staff handling your enquiry. Technically the data passes through:

  • Hosting Ukrainewhere the enquiry is physically stored
  • Telegramwhich brings the enquiry to us: the message arrives in the company bot, so it passes through Telegram servers

The data is not passed to anyone else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that did not turn into a contract is deleted six months after it was sent. If an engagement began, documents are kept for as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

Under the Ukrainian law on the protection of personal data you may:

  • find out exactly what data of yours we hold
  • correct inaccurate data
  • request deletion of the data
  • withdraw your consent to processing
  • object to the processing
  • complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at: info@b-light.net.

Cookies and analytics

Technical - always on

bl-commerce-theme
remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme
bl-commerce-consent
remembers this very choice about analytics

These are not cookies but browser-storage entries: they stay with you and are never sent to us. Language needs no entry of its own - it is visible in the page address.

Analytics - only after consent

_ga, _ga_*
Google Analytics 4 - counts visits and the path through pages
_gcl_au
Google Ads - links an ad click to an enquiry
_clck, _clsk
Microsoft Clarity - records mouse movement and clicks anonymously, to show where a page confuses people

These cookies are set by Google and Microsoft. Before your consent they are not set at all: the site declares the denial before a single analytics script loads.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. We will tell the clients we work with about any substantial change.
