What we need from you
Access to data on sales, purchasing and prices. If we keep your books, we take our own - all we need from you is consent.
An introduction, a free audit, a presentation with numbers - and only then a contract. You start paying at the fifth step, and only out of what has grown.
3–5 working days for the audit · UAH 0 until profit grows
The order of things
The first three steps cost nothing and commit you to nothing. If you decide not to continue after the presentation, the calculations stay with you and we part ways.
Half an hour of conversation: what the business is, where it hurts, what you want to achieve. If we are not a fit, we say so here, not after the audit.
We look at sales, procurement, pricing, the funnel and supplier contracts. If we keep your books, half the data is already in hand and the timeline is closer to three days. Complex cases take longer, and we warn you in advance rather than keeping quiet.
We show the targets we plan to reach and what they will cost you. For each target: spend, risk, a chart and specific actions. You sign nothing until you have seen this document.
We fix targets for three, six and twelve months, the baseline, the percentage and the limits of authority. The baseline is the average of the preceding months, so a seasonal spike is not credited to us.
The report arrives in the same form as the presentation: same targets, same scale, with the actual line added. You can see what was promised and what was done.
Audit
Not out of generosity. Without the audit we cannot name a percentage - there is nothing to calculate it from. And it is our own filter: this is where it becomes clear whether we can earn alongside you.
Access to data on sales, purchasing and prices. If we keep your books, we take our own - all we need from you is consent.
One conversation at the start and one meeting at the end. In between we work through the figures ourselves.
A presentation with targets, costs, risks and actions. It stays with you whether or not we sign a contract.
With an offer to work together - or with a plain refusal and an explanation of why we would not earn here. The second does happen.
Report
This is what a page from the presentation and from the monthly report looks like - one form, so that each time you compare promise with delivery instead of reading a new document.
Chart
Actual: 18 → 19 → 21 → 24%. Plan for month 6: 26%.
A · Cautious
We revisit prices and terms with the counterparties you already have. Nobody is replaced.
Low risk: nothing gets broken, and at worst we stay at 18%.
B · Standard
Plus a tender among new counterparties and a discount corridor for managers.
Medium risk: some counterparties will refuse to renegotiate and the timeline shifts by a month.
C · Fast
Plus replacing some counterparties and a dedicated person on this process.
High risk: changing a counterparty means a 2-4 week pause in supply.
Payment
A share of profit growth. Not of turnover, and not of the margin you already have without us - of the difference between what was there before our work and what is there now. There is no fixed component: no growth, no invoice.
The exact percentage, how long it applies and the baseline are named after the audit and fixed in the contract for the whole term. The example above shows how the calculation works, not the rate.
We name all of these costs in the presentation before the start - together with the targets, not as the work goes along.
Contract
Everything that otherwise becomes an argument in month six. We talk it through before signing, even when the conversation is uncomfortable.
The average of the preceding months. Fixed before the start and not revisited.
How much we receive from the growth and for how long - after the target has been reached.
With figures and deadlines, not a phrase like «increase sales».
What we decide, what the owner decides, and what is decided jointly. The company's money stays at your disposal.
3–5 working days, free, no obligation. We will show where the company loses money and what can be done about it. If we see that we cannot deliver, we will say so plainly.
